特别对于大中型的企业， 利用计算机实现企业人事工资的管理不仅避免手工统计的 出现的误差，而且更方便保存与查询，大大提高企业管理的自动化与科学化。

论文中论述了工资管理系统的研究意义， 研究的主要内容及应用前景； 首先对系统中用 到的理论知识及相关技术进行了论述。整个系统从符合操作简便、界面友好、灵活、实用、 安全的要求出发，完事、工资管理的，包括职员资料、职员奖励、职员惩罚和发 放管理等工资管理工作。能正确、高效地实现工资汇总与工资查询，是该课题要实现的主要 目标。论文中对该系统的设计方法及相关的技术进行了详细的论述。

该系统的实现彻底解决了工资统计过程中， 由于个人的因素抄写不慎或计算疏忽， 出现 工资发放错误的现象,给出了办公自动化技术中应用软件的工资管理的实现方案。最后说明 了课题中尚待解决的问题和今后努力的方向。

关键词：工资管理系统、、Visual Basic6.02AbstractAs the rapid development of the computer science, the computer becomes popularized in the enterprise management, where the computer is used to manage the personal wages. It is a replacement for using manpower to do wage-accounting and wage-giving. And this utilization of computer attracts lots of attention in the research of computer science. In particular, in the large and medium-sized enterprises, the computerized management of personal wage not only minimizes the possibility to have error in the wage-accounting which often happens in manpower accounting, but also produces convenience in data preservation and inquiry. All of these accelerate the autoimmunization and scientificlization. This paper address itself to the research meaning and purpose of the system of the wage management, the main content of it and the foreground of its utilization. First, this paper discourses upon the theory and relevant technology. The whole wage management system work out the personal and wage management, including manages the staff information, the staff encouragement and punishment, and the payments supervision, based on the basic system request: its convenience in operation, its nice computer intece, its agility, its practicality and safety. Furthermore, this paper shows that the main goal of the research is to make this system to work correctly and efficiently in wages summary and inquiry. And the further and detailed discussion of the design and relevant technology of this system will be given in this paper. It should be aware that the achievement of this system is a practical solution in working out a wages management with the internet application of OA technology. Lastly, this paper narrates the unsolved problems of this system research and its efforts directions.
