我念书那阵子奖学金是每年1万美元，秘书年薪大约2万，新毕业的助理教授3万，资深教授7万。随着时间推移，这些数字都已改变，但比例还有参考价值。当然，这是税前工资，而国内还有福利。这个比例还得有所调整。

分数与套利：最近为了调控房价，规定每户最多只能拥有两套房，有人为规避限制，就办假离婚。于是又出台政策，规定单身最多只能拥有一套房。分数，这个小学生都懂的概念，终于在政策中得到应用，堵住了政策的漏洞。套利，说起来更玄乎的金融概念，老百姓未必听说过，但趋利避害人之常情，稍微活络一点的人都会在实践中自觉运用套利策略。还没有做到按服务年限成比例发放。29岁入职和59岁入职，到头来退休金都一样，这里的利益诱惑是显而易见的。也不是傻瓜，于是出台政策，有人在喊年龄歧视，想回国工作的海外华人喊的更起劲，其实背后还是为了利益。如果住房，退休金都是按比例，我们也不会在乎求职者的年龄。

2012年6月19日温州一位官员来北大办事，顺便想看看校园。温州驻京办问我有何好去处。家乡来的父母官，自然不敢怠慢，于是陪他去看赛克勒博物馆。可是博物馆说有接待任务要提前关门，好说歹说总算让我们进去看，但这位官员已经很受伤，兴致大减，马马虎虎看了一下就匆匆离去。要在温州是决不会受此窝囊气的。过后我才知道是要来参观。于是特意请驻京办转告这位吃了闭门羹的地方大员不要在意，毕竟撞上了习大大。这事也就过去了，没想到当年那帮见了习大大的小孩却没闲着，最近还给习总写信，闹出新动静来。这不，台都要报道，这世界真小。
