巨噬细胞迁移抑制因子的功能及其相关信号通路研究进展赵然，姚伟娟(北京大学医学部基础医学院生理与病理生理学系，北京 100191) 5摘要:巨噬细胞迁移抑制因子(MIF)是一类具有独特结构的多效免疫调节细胞因子，具有 类似趋化因子的功能。自 1966 年被发现以来，MIF 在人体内的功能，尤其是在非特异性免 疫、免疫细胞招募和炎症反应等方面有了突飞猛进的发展。虽然名字被称为巨噬细胞抑制因子，但其实 MIF 还具有促炎症反应，促进细胞定向迁移，拮抗糖皮质激素，抑制细胞凋亡，促进其他促炎因子释放等功能。本文就 MIF 的分子通路和功能方面的研究进展进行综 10述。 关键词:巨噬细胞迁移抑制因子;分子通路;功能中图分类号:Q29115 The Functions and Signaling Pathways of Macrophage Migration Inhibitory FactorZhao Ran, Yao Weijuan (Department of Physiology and Pathophysiology, School of Basic Medical Sciences, PekingUniversity Health Science Center, Beijing 100191)Abstract: Macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) is a pleiotropic immunoregulator which 20has a unique structure and a chemokine-like function. Since it was dicovered in 1966, the functions of MIF have been indicated, such as non specific immunity, the inflammatory cell recruitment, and reaction to inflammatory. Despite its eponymic activity, MIF also has aproinflammatory function and promotes the directed migration and recruitment of leukocytes intoinfectious and inflammatory sites; it also has functions such as anti-glucocorticoids, anti-apoptosis, 25and promoting the release of other cytokines. In this review, we will discuss the molecular pathways and functions mediated by MIF. Keywords: Macrophage migration inhibitory factor; Singaling pathway; Function0 引言 30巨噬细胞迁移抑制因子(Macrophage migration inhibitory factor, MIF)是第一个被发现的具有多效炎性介质功能的细胞因子，同时也是重要的内分泌激素，具有变位酶和氧化还原 酶两大酶活性[1-6]。

MIF 预先合成储存于胞质中，可由免疫细胞如单核/巨噬细胞、B 细胞、T 细胞，以及非免疫细胞如内皮细胞、上皮细胞、内分泌细胞、血管平滑肌细胞等合成[4, 7];甚至在下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴中都有储存，以便在信号刺激时快速释放[2]。MIF 的产生 35释放受多种因素调节，基金(J1030831/J0108)作者简介:赵然，(1990-)，男，临床八年制学生，临床医学。
