Redundant twins:

最后一种是同义重叠，中文里这种用法习以为常，但译成英文就会显得冗余不堪。比如：

- views and opinions

- encourage and promote

- discuss and debate

- stir up and incite

- fair and equitable

- ceaselessly and unremittingly

这明明说的都是一个意思嘛，那我们要如何辨别到底是不是“同义重叠”呢？

我们要问自己两个问题：

Q1. Is the difference between these two words important in this context?

Q2. Does the 2nd word add anything significant to the first?

搞清这两个问题之后，我们要“unpack” the Chinese to determine the precise meaning. 但是，“解包”中文意思，并不是机械地运用这些原则教条，还要依据上下文处理哟~

我们再举几个例子，首先是
