失独家庭的现状分析及问题解决

【摘 要】：计划生育政策实施30多年来导致众多的独生子女家庭，由于独生子女的意外死亡产生了众多的失独家庭。较之其他老年群体，失独家庭更为弱势，面临的养老问题也更为严峻。文章通过对失独家庭的养老现状和成因分析，为失独家庭的养老问题提出积极的建议和措施，力求为保障失独家庭的养老需求，提出基本思路。
