图中文字即为线程id值

nid : 对应的Linux操作系统下的tid线程号，也就是前面转化的16进制数字

tid: 这个应该是jvm的jmm内存规范中的唯一地址定位

rhel 5.5 for websphere 7.0 安装过程无报错，无常启动

aix 5.3 for websphere 6.1安装过程无报错，无常启动

# /opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/bin/startServer.sh

解决方法如下：

安装完后，并没有成功创建概要文件，到../WebSphere/AppServer/目录下，看是否有profiles目录，以及下面是否有AppSrv01/Dmgr01或自已命名的概要文件。

一般通过向导很有可能创建不成功，可能通过命令手工创建。

这个错误我试过,不影响webSphere的正常安装 我觉得还是你的概要文件创建失败了。你可以用以下命令试试

/opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/bin/manageprofiles.sh -create -templatePath /opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profileTemplates/default -profileName profileName -profilePath /opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/profileName

路径自己看着改一下 profileName改称你要创建的profileName

我昨天遇到同样的问题，版本问题也是报少5300－04－01，然后安装完后也是报部分成功PARTHIALSUCCESS。最后也是在APPSERVER目录下找不到PROFILES目录，无法创建新的概要文件。
