- UNIX/Linux operating systems: understand UNIX concepts in order to e.g. perform resource monitoring, able to tune operating system parameters according to applications requirements

- basic hardware knowledge: to build up a completive system with low latency and high through put, we need the basic understanding of hardware knowledge for issue yze and proposal for system building

- familiar with one major programming language

- Knowledge of financial markets, project management, SQL & databases is an advantage

- C++ programming language: work very closely with C++ developers, help on bug fix time to time; knowledge of C++ is desired to understand company infrastructure and be fungible

- operational background: worked and be experienced in support roles, used to performing a variety of roles and by dynamic in switching between them
