Unless one takes an retrograde step toward the older versions of Visual Studio, this program will no longer run.
On the other hand, "WPF RichTextBoxToolBar Control" by Pavel Evgenjevich Timoshenko written on 27 Aug 2012 runs well without any problem.
As I like to compare both of these two programs, I wish Mr. Gregor Pross or someone else would like to upgrade his "WPF RichTextEditor with Toolbar" so as to fit the VS 2012 compatibility requirements.

DearAll:
The Not-run problem is solved by using TestApp.exe as the start up file. Now it's working.
I have a different question that I like to seek your help.
The Window1.xaml file shown as the first snippet above which reads as follows:

Window x:Class="TestApp.Window1"
xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation"
xmlns:x="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml"
xmlns:rtf="clr-namespace:RTFEditor;assembly=RTFEditor"
Title="Window1">
DockPanel>
rtf:RTFBox /rtf:RTFBox
/DockPanel
/Window

Now the declarative statement( Line No. 7):"rtf:RTFBox /rtf:RTFBox "
throws an error: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: window.
Shall I insert some instruction in the middle of it? What kind of instruction will be most likely acceptable to the VS 2012?
The second issue is that the open file (or it's the save file?) button throws error/exception. How to fix it?
Thank you in advance
