Job Title: Senior Accountant

Report to: Site Manager, Dotted to Division Controller

Location: Songjiang District, Shanghai 松江区

General Purpose:

• Ensure monthly company reporting (consistent, informative, timely management reporting) and subsequent processes such as diligent book keeping and audits (internal and external)

• Support administratively and operationally the different businesses hosted in the company by active controlling, administration and legal support and advice and ad-hoc ysis and proposals to the management

Responsibilities:

Accounting

• Key user of ERP/Accounting System (Proman) for financial processes

• Responsible for Mikron Automation plant daily accounting work, including GL, Cost, AR/AP and manage the cashier work.

• Prepare monthly reports by use of Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFM) and comment results, outlook and actions on a monthly basis to Company management and Division Controller.

• Ensure application of Accounting Manual

• Providing management accounts and other information by use of ERP/Accounting System (Proman) implemented in 2015.

• Assist to complete financial planning work(Mid-term-planning, budget, rolling forecasts) with the support of company management and Division Controller within given deadlines and in line with other instructions

• Liaise with the external auditors and support implementation of improvements identified in Management Letters

Treasury

• Secure liquidity at any given time (and escalate to Division and Group Finance if required)

• Continuously monitor the liquidity status and cash flow of the company to identify area of improvements (NWC Management)

• Key contact related to bank and insurance related topics

Tax

• Ensure tax compliance

• Ensure transfer prices meet business and tax requirements and timely agree changes or new business cases with Division Controller and Group F+C if needed

ICS and Internal Audit

• Secure Internal Control System (ICS)

• Liaise with Internal Auditor and support implementation of recommendations audits

Requirements:

Skills

• Strong in Financial Accounting / Bookkeeping under Statutory rules in China

• Knowledge in industrial manufacturing Accounting, knowledge in project controlling is an asset, as it is key knowledge to be acquired in this position

• Some, ideally several, years of experience in financial planning (mid-term-plan, budget, forecast) in China for foreign company

• Excellent Chinese and good English

Knowledge

• Accounting rules

• IFRS (beneficial; is close to Swiss GAAP RPC)

Languages

• Chinese: Working language

• English: advanced level required

IT

• Strong in MS Office Products (Excel, Word and Power Point)

• Experience with ERP Systems
