说到“珀斯”这个词，多少有些尴尬。长久以来，珀斯就是指的巴掌大的CBD地段。而作为美食和娱乐中心的北桥，却被车站硬生生的分开，非常不便利。

于是，很早以前西澳就启动了City Link计划，希望在北桥和CBD之间建立一个集娱乐旅游商贸功能为一身的休闲地带，把北桥和CBD链接起来。整个城市中心向北桥方向偏移。

而在City Link规划中，最重要的部分之一，就是被誉为New Heart of Perth的Yagan Square。

如果说伊丽莎白港是珀斯的达令港（悉尼）；那么Yagan广场就是珀斯的联邦广场（墨尔本）。

就在几个小时前，官方宣布：

历时两年，耗资7350万澳币的Yagan Square将于3月3日首次对外开放。

届时，大家将会看到传说中的Wirin。这个9米高的珀斯新地标将在Yagan广场的入口处迎接你。

超过1000平米的数字屋顶和45米高的数字塔将让你如临仙境。同时，17家顶级餐饮娱乐店铺足以满足你吃喝玩乐的需求。再往上走，是大气的圆形剧场和游乐园。
