你仔细研究一下RSSI的定义: “E-UTRA Carrier Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI), comprises the linear average of the total received power (in [W]) observed only in OFDM symbols containing reference symbols for antenna port 0, in the measurement bandwidth, over N number of resource blocks by the UE from all sources 。。。rssi”
注意红色的地方,OFDM symbol,这不明明就是基于RE的嘛,只不过没有明确说出来而已!
N也不是由系统带宽决定的,协议里是这么定义的“N is the number of RB’s of the E-UTRA carrier RSSI measurement bandwidth”,而测量带宽取决于UE的具体实现,所以你1楼的帖子说“RSRP要比RSSI小20db”严格意义上也是不正确的,应该说在测量带宽等于测量带宽的条件下才成立;测量带宽不同,RSSI也不同。rssi但由此计算出来的RSRQ是相同的。
RSSI在36.214 8.4.0之前是有单独定义的“E-UTRA Carrier Received Signal Strength Indicator, comprises the total received wideband power observed by the UE from all sources, including co-channel serving and non-serving cells, adjacent channel interference, thermal noise etc.”,这也是为什么有的路测仪器上显示的RSSI都是基于系统带宽计算的。但是从8.4.0开始这个定义就被删除了,取而代之的是成为了RSRQ定义的一部分,也就是我前面摘录出来的那段话。
举两个具体的例子,假设完全没有干扰和热噪声存在:
1)测量带宽是20M,则N=100RB,RSSI比RSRP大23dB,RSRQ=-3dB
2)测量带宽是6RB,RSSI比RSRP大11dB,RSRQ=-3dB
实际由于干扰和热噪声的影响,RSRQ小于-3dB
