（九）申请200M档5G版套餐及以上的用户，需主号卡订购20元指定服务享受优惠（徐州申请200M档5G版套餐（不享受提速） ）享受优惠的用户需要主号卡订购10元指定业务），如果您在协议期内自愿取消指定业务，费用仍将正常收取。

6、5G通讯服务套餐（视频回铃音+通讯助订购20元指定服务（徐州、无锡、扬州申请200M档5G版套餐（含部分城市）限时提速300M）两年）如果用户享受优惠，需要主号卡订购指定业务10元），如果在协议期内取消指定业务，费用将仍可正常充电。

（十）办理5G套餐用户权益申领路径：申请200M文件5G套餐及以上的用户可前往天一生活APP-我的资格专区，按照提示领取相应权益。

（十一）处理5G套餐的其他说明：

1、如需申请5G套餐，可通过10000号码和天翼生活客户端查询您所在地区5G网络的覆盖情况。

2、使用5G网络，手机必须更换为5G终端。非5G终端只能享受5G套餐的5G套餐资费折扣，不能享受5G网络。

四、iTV 宽带规则：

1、iTV宽带50M/100M/200M/300M包年用户，新用户立即生效，有效期13个月（含办理当月），老用户生效次月，有效期为12个月。请在协议到期前提前申请续签。续订只需要每年的宽带套餐费用。如果不续约，宽带和iTV将转换为标准月费。

2、全屋WiFi基础宽带套餐：新用户注册即刻生效，有效期13个月（含注册当月），老用户次月及有效期将是 12 个月。协议到期前，请提前申请续约（续约时只需缴纳宽带年费）。如果不续约，宽带和iTV将按标准月费收费（WiFi套餐包括无线路由器和现场智能家居工程师为一项服务，无线路由器属于用户。设备礼包内由智佳工程师在安装过程中，设备安装调试完成后费用不可退还，若在安装前取消，宽带和WiFi礼包必须同时取消).
