曹曙从2006以来担任董事，自2005年10月以来担任总工程师。加入本公司前11月2003到9月2005担任雅虎中国的首席工程师，负责系统的运行与维护。他在软件工程领域有丰富的经验，擅长信息技术基础设施和系统操作。他是公司的创始人之一，并自1999年1月至2003年8月任其业务主管。他于1998在中国从浙江大学获得计算机科学学。

Mr. Evans has been a general partner of Balderton Capital, a U.K. based venture capital firm, since September 2002 and currently serves as a director of Yoox Group S.p.A., an online retail company listed on the Borsa Italiana, and a number of private companies. From April 2004 to October 2006 Mr. Evans served as the chairman of the audit committee of the board of directors of Shanda Interactive Entertainment Inc., a company listed on NASDAQ prior to 2012. Prior to that, Mr. Evans held a variety of senior management positions at Goldman Sachs, including chairman of Goldman Sachs Asia from 1993 to 1997. Mr. Evans received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Queen’s University in Canada in 1981 and his MLitt degree in economics from the University of Oxford in 1985.
