2、请您在航班起飞时间前60分钟到达贵宾厅，否则因时间紧急将无法为您正常提供服务；

3、如果您是电子客票的客户，请提供您的航班时间、地点和航班号，否则将因无准确信息耽误您的航班；

四、打破dt880传统的色调、银白色的包装，单元圈上印有“85周年纪念”和“c***”，的唯一机身号码，每个号码对应唯一的一个金色vip卡，凭vip卡可以获得5年售后服务。1、非携程指定联名持卡会员: 在携程“全球购”（g.ctrip.com）网页上下载“ctrip code”消费短信凭证至手机短信，在网页上指定商户门店消费，并在商店指定地点主动出示手机“ctrip code”凭证（仅限手机出示，手抄、口述凭证号码等无效），店员成功验证凭证号码并记录用户消费至携程系统，在消费后2～3个月内根据携程网披露的各商户返现规则返现至客户携程返现账户。g. “爱购卡”服务投诉与会员意见反馈： 任何会员如对“爱购卡”及相关机构的服务有异议，可通过“爱购365连锁店”或“爱购365网站”及“爱购服务”向“爱购卡”管理中心进行投诉， “爱购卡”管理中心将委派专门人员进行调查，如果确实存在问题，“爱购卡”管理中心将立即进行协调处理，全力保障会员权益。

6、为了体现您的积分价值，中国移动已经在全国范围内开始了积分换易登机服务。相关细则如下：

◆免费服务次数

卡会员每年可在全国各机场贵宾厅免费享受12次机场服务，金卡会员每年可在全国各机场贵宾厅免费享受6次机场服务。

◆积分扣减

超出免费服务次数后的积分扣减标准为：广州VIP机场贵宾厅扣减积分1000分/人次，其他机场贵宾厅积分扣减标准以当地通知为准。

◆随行人员

1）VIP机场服务是仅向卡、金卡会员本人开放的专署服务，为提升客户感知，钻、金卡会员每次最多可带一名同一航班随行人员体验机场服务。

2）钻、金卡会员带随员使用机场服务时，随员扣减会员免费次数，免费次数使用完毕则扣减会员客户相应积分。

7、为保障会员利益，会员送友时会员本人须在现场，否则不能提供服务。

8、如发生以下情况，VIP机场贵宾厅有权终止向客户提供服务。

◆会员已办理销号手续

◆会员不能提供与会员卡相匹配的手机号码

◆有欺诈行为或做出严重损害VIP机场贵宾厅的行为

4. With your personal membership card, you can enjoy services andresell the tickets (expired membership cards will not beacceptable). Please show the cell phone number with your membershipcard before enjoying the services.

5. Services personnel will send a notification message to your cellphone, 45 minutes prior to the take-off in order to make sure youget ready for your flight.

6. China Mobile has already carried out, in China, acredit-exchange program, that credits can be exchanged for airportservices. The detail information is listed as follows:

◆Free service times

Diamond Card holders can enjoy free airport services twelve timesevery year, in all airport VIP Lounges within China. Gold Cardholders can enjoy free airport services six times every year, inall airport VIP Lounges within China.

◆Credits reduced

The credit points will be deducted when the used services times areout of the free services times mentioned above: The 1000 creditswill be deducted per service per person. The standard of other thanBaiYun international airports will comply with the localregulation.
