?? Cover all operation works in the post of Server and Network Operation and Maintenance.

?? Take emergency calls at night， manage inventory & handover the works within 12 hours.

2. Server Operation and Maintenance

?? Watch over and monitor IDC site (8 hours a day, 5 days a week).

?? Responsible for all operation works related to server operation and maintenance.

?? All server operation and maintenance tasks MUST execute by Server Operation and Maintenance and 7 * 24 Operation and Maintenance teams. Other posts do not have such authority.

?? Accompany manufacturer visitors to data center, and record the visitor logs.

Desired Skills and Experience

Formal Education & Certification

?? Degree

?? CCNA / CCNP or equivalent certified

?? Additional certifications is a plus

Knowledge & Experience

?? Hands-on experience implementing and administrating network devices

?? 3+ years of network administration mandatory

?? Expert experience with Cisco routers and switches (all platforms)

?? Knowledge about VPN technologies (IPsec, MPLS)

?? In depth knowledge of TCP/IP

?? Knowledge of routing protocols: OSPF, EIGRP

?? Must have user-level experience with Linux systems

?? Excellent troubleshooting experience

?? Strong knowledge of LAN related technologies: STP, vlans, HSRP, VTP etc.

?? Working technical knowledge of HTTP/S, DNS, POP, SMTP, FTP, SNMP, Tacacs+ etc.

?? Proficiency in both Chinese and German or English
