4.PH值不同时,活性炭对制剂质量的影响

活性炭在酸性溶液中(PH:3~5)吸附作用较强,在碱性溶液中有时出现“胶溶”或脱吸附作用,反使溶液中的杂质增加,影响制剂质量,故活性炭用酸处理并活化后使用。
