What’s more, we should take effective measures to put a limit on their power and prevent them from abusing power. Only in this way, we can have a clean environment.

为了减少现象，我们能做的是加强监督体系，惩处官员，让他们为自己的行为付出昂贵的代价。再有，我们可以采取有效的举措限制他们的权利以此来阻止他们滥用权利。只有这样，我们才能有个廉洁的环境。
