Task:

Position: Major Tasks

1) Perform booking of supplier invoices ensuring all legal and fiscal

requirements are met and corporate compliance regulations adhered to

2) Resolve/communicate any mismatches in the booking of supplier

invoices

3) Monitor payable records and due date, check and clear vendor open

item on regular basis

4) Monthly reconciliation of payable accounts, accrued, prepaid

expenses updating and reconciling the subsidiary ledger to the general

ledger

5) Properly identify potential issues and escalate the issue to senior

accountant/supervisor

6) Provide guidance and coach to junior accountants within the team

regarding the AP process

7) Support external & internal audit and perform ICS controls in

his/her own area of expertise and responsibility

Education:

• A bachelor degree, preferable in finance and accounting.

Skills/experiences

• Familiar with MS office and SAP system

• Above 3 year’s accounting experience , better to have AP related

experience

• Good Mandarin and English, both written and oral

• Stress handling be able to work under pressure

• Be flexible to take multi tasks and different task
