通过建立凭证制度，规范了凭证设计、登录、传递、归档等一系列管理内容，从而有效确保了财务记录和其他信息的安全、可靠以及资金的运用。为此部署开源的open-falcon平台提供应用级以上监控、使用elk提供应用日志的分析、使用自建服务提供链路日志跟踪以及基于spring config server实践统一配置服务。rtsp即可使用不可靠数据报协议（udp）、可靠数据报协议（rdp），如要实现应用级可靠，也可使用可靠流协议如tcp。

Click Retrieve from port.The General Properties window is shown. Add the CAS server infomation: Type the host, port, and alias name, and select options as required. Click Retrieve signer information. Save your configuration changes by clicking Apply. Click OK. Restart the portal. 验证 PORTAL启动日志中应该包含有Trust Association Init class com.octo.cas.client.websphere.CasTAI511 loaded successfully类似的信息并打印相关属性。
